WHY DICTATORS PAUL KAGAME OF RWANDA AND YOWERI MUSEVENI OF UGANDA ARE A THREAT TO THE WORLD SECURITY?
Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has no excuse whatsoever. He cannot tell the world that he didn't know that when taking the position of Advisor for Rwanda's dictator Paul Kagame, he was betraying the great British statesman Winston Churchill, who would never accept to be an advisor to Adolf Hitler. Africa has also its own Adolf Hitlers: Paul Kagame and Yoweri Museveni. If you are still not convinced, read the following articles:
http://www.nytimes.com/1999/08/16/world/rwanda-and-uganda-battling-to-control-key-city-in-congo.html
At this point, the entire world has overwhelming evidence that Rwanda's Paul Kagame and Uganda's Yoweri Museveni are a threat to the world security.

HOW TO END A STUPID WAR IN A WEEK AND SAVE TAXPAYERS' MONEY: TAKE NOTE UNITED NATIONS!
I am a criminologist from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
I've traveled the world enough to see the best and the worst of human beings.
The war in Eastern Congo illustrates the worst of human beings: it's all about
stealing, looting, and killing mostly by the dictators of Rwanda and Uganda.
I've called them and other African dictators of the same stripe "little
devils in human shape" and "little devils coated in human
skin". This war , the most stupid of all conflicts, has cost taxpayers around
the world several billions of dollars to maintain the largest and the most
ineffective United Nations force in history and more than 4,000,000 Congolese
have lost their lives so far.
Here are simple ideas that will help save millions of lives and
billions of dollars to taxpayers:
(1) There is an international market for stolen goods from the
Congo, and it's very easy to destroy that market. Just go to point 2 below:
(2) Disturb the supply chain. Legislation has proved to be one
the most ineffective way to stop the flow of stolen goods from the Congo to
international markets. How do you disturb or blockade the supply chain of
stolen goods from Eastern Congo? Go to point 3
(3) The landlocked nations of Rwanda and Uganda that sponsor
those stupid wars in the Congo can only export the stolen goods through the
ports of Mombasa in Kenya and Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. They will never try
the port of Mogadishu in Somalia: there are thousands of pirates out there!!!
So, what? Go to point 4.
(4) Instead of spending billions of dollars on an ineffective
force that couldn't stop the rebels, The United Nations must work with the
governments of Kenya and Tanzania to make sure that from now on no truck
carrying stolen goods from the Congo enters Kenya or Tanzania. This is very
very easy. There are very good inspection and verification companies in the
world; speak with them! It is very easy to track and certify minerals
from the mines to the buyer. Likewise, we can track a bag of coffee or tea from
a farm to the final consumer. We've done this in Latin America where I spent
two decades. We can tell from which farm a banana bought at Walmart comes from.
This is no rocket science, unless you're a Martian of course! Unfortunately,
there are tons of Martians at the United Nations who still don't get it! A
no-certification = no-entry = no-export model will lead to the end of that
stupid war in Eastern Congo. Another lesson I learned from Latin America is to implement an aerial smuggling interdiction program aimed at preventing suspect planes from landing and taking off from Eastern Congo. You only need radars and a few airplanes to deter criminal activity by air. Go to point 5
(5) In a short period of time, we will witness the fall of those
tyrants, yes, those little devils coated in human skin and the birth of a
Dictatorship-Free Zone (DFZ) in East and Central Africa. This is what millions
of Africans have been yearning for for decades. Now it's time to act.

THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CONGOLESE
The
Congolese are a resilient people, and if resilience means strength, we're
indeed dealing with one of the strongest people on earth. This is the people
whose invisible hand shaped the history of the world as we know it today. This
is a people whose invisible hand ended World War II in Asia by providing the
United States with the uranium used to manufacture the first atomic bomb
detonated over Hiroshima. Of the Congo, General Leslie M. Groves, the head of
the Manhattan Project, said: "Without Congo's uranium, the Allies might
have not been first with the atomic bomb". This is also the people who
starved Hitler and the Wehrmacht of the industrial diamonds Germany
needed to keep alive its industrial-military complex. Every WWII historian
would agree with me that WWII was first won on the industrial field, then on
the battlefront, and the Congo played a crucial role in the collapse of the
Third Reich. Congo supplied 76% of all industrial diamonds in the world and was
the only place on earth Hitler could get diamonds from! Even D-Day was
set based on the intelligence the Allies had gathered on Germany's stockpile of
industrial diamonds.
Congo shaping the world did not end with World War II. It
continues even today as most cell phones and other electronic gadgets still
bear the invisible label "Congo inside", a signature for Congo's
Coltan. Congo's wealth has also attracted a new generation of African thieves
from Rwanda and Uganda with connections with invisible middlemen around the
world. The African thieves' roles is to fund militias and rebels in Eastern
Congo, loot as much and as fast as they can everything; minerals, rare earths,
coffee, tea, cocoa, timber, etc. In the process, they've caused the death of
over 4,000,000 people in the last 15 years.
Congo has also become a key piece in China's national security
interests, and as the only world power with enough cash in hand, they
have embarked in an unprecedented campaign to win the minds and souls of the
Congolese, just as the European did to colonize Africa: you simply have to
build strategic alliances and shower African chiefs with gifts, and the country
is all yours. This time the alliance is with the central government in
Kinshasa.
History repeating itself, with the United Nations watching
thousands of thieves dressed in rebel uniforms crossing the border from Rwanda
and Uganda into the Congo and loading trucks with minerals back to Rwanda and
Uganda. The United Nations sees planes landing in Eastern Congo every day and
being loaded with stolen goods from the Congo. Yes, there is a highly lucrative
international market for stolen goods from the Congo. The thieves do not escape
the logic of robbery: because thieves despise work, they end up selling stolen
goods at a ridiculous price to middlemen, the one who actually make huge
profits.
Isn't it time for the world to show gratitude to the people of
the Congo by giving them a break, a respire? Isn't it time to denounce the
dictators of Rwanda and Uganda and expel these two countries from all international
organizations? Now is the time and the world is watching every move!

A NEW GENERATION OF AFRICAN THIEVES
As long as there is an
international market for stolen goods from the Congo, the Rwandan, Ugandan, and
Congolese thieves will not stop plundering the riches of the Congo. What do
they get in exchange? Peanuts, because the benefits mostly go to the middlemen,
a truth farmers have learned for centuries. Also as long as there are (1)
motivated offenders in the region, mostly the dictators of Rwanda, Uganda, and
the Congo and (2) ineffective guardianship of Congo's riches (weak security
forces, weak justice system, poor institutional capacity in the Congo,
poor justice system and weak institutional capacity in Rwanda and Uganda
to prosecute dictators Kagame and Museveni and their friends), then Congo will
remain an attractive target for those dictators and thieves whom I've coined
"little devils in human shape". Let's put it straight: are we
encouraging the Chinese to send troops into the Congo? Are we encouraging the
Chinese to engrave a new script into Congolese mind that the West does not care
about the Congo? Dictators, no matter the color of their skin, are a threat to
world security. Their atrocities are reported live on the Internet, cable TV,
and all types of communication tools readily available in this Digital Age. It
is time for the international community to expel Rwanda and Uganda from all
international organizations. Let them withdraw their troops from Somalia and
Darfur; the world will always find good soldiers to fight extremists. let's put
an end to Rwanda and Uganda blackmailing the international community. Let's
build a Dictatorship Free Zone (DFZ) to replace the current dictators of
Rwanda, Uganda, and the Congo. The time is now because the world is watching
more than ever!
